1. What types of wood do you use for your products?
We use high-quality hardwoods like maple, oak and walnut. All of our materials are sustainably sourced. Each product description lists the specific wood type and materials used.

2. Can I request a custom piece?
Yes! We accept custom orders. You can contact us with your measurements and we can go from there.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days for ready-made items and 3-4 weeks for custom orders. Shipping time depends on your location and the delivery method selected at checkout.

4. Do you offer international shipping?
We aim to one day ship worldwide. Get in touch and we will do our best to accomodate. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. All international duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. How should I care for my wooden product?
We recommend keeping wood items away from moisture and for indoor use only. Dust with a soft dry cloth and use wood cleaner if needed. 

6. Is your wood sustainably sourced?
Yes, sustainability is very important to us. We source our wood from certified suppliers that follow responsible forestry practices. 

7. Do you use harsh chemicals on the crosses?
We're happy to say we do not! All stains and varnishes used are VOC and solvent free. 

8. What is your return and refund policy?
All sales are final as pieces are made to order.
